Steph Curry, star of the Warriors, is about to embark on his 15th season in the NBA, and he still looks as fit as ever.
The summer practice that Curry puts in, even while he’s in another country, is a big reason for his famous endurance.
Carl Bergstrom, Curry’s performance trainer, released a video of Curry running across sand dunes in Dubai on Instagram on Tuesday.
Curry, who apparently never takes a day off, was on vacation in Dubai when he decided to go the beach.
These exercises are just one illustration of Curry’s commitment to his fitness, which has maintained him among the league’s best in terms of stamina.
While on offense in 2022-23, Curry averaged 1.48 kilometers per game, good for ninth most in the NBA.
Even more astounding is the fact that Curry accomplished this in his 34–35 year, when the average age of the other nine players in the top 10 was just 24.1.
Curry’s dedication to maintaining this level of stamina has enabled him to become probably the most dangerous off-ball player in NBA history, furthering his standing as one of the game’s all-time greats.
