Luka Doncic recalls a poignant family moment before the game after appearing in ‘apocalypse-proof’ gear $200k Jeep

Luka Doncic of the MAVERICKS has taken a family vacation ahead of his current game against the Washington Wizards.

During Tuesday’s game in Dallas, the Slovenian guard, 23, dominated the boards with 15 rebounds and 41 points.

However, the Mavericks were defeated 127-126, dropping them to 25-24 on the NBA regular season.

Doncic startled fans last week when he arrived at a game in a $200,000 “Apocalypse-proof” Jeep.

However, it was a poignant encounter he had with his family prior to the Wizards’ game that got everyone talking.

Doncic positioned his father Sasa in good courtside seats at the American Airlines Center in a video posted by Dallas.

Sasa was accompanied by two young girls, one of whom was thought to be Doncic’s half-sister Tijana and the other his cousin.

The three-time All-Star shook hands with his father before high-fiving the excited girls.

The lovely video was captioned by the Mavericks’ official Twitter account: “Family over everything.”

And supporters were overjoyed to see their favorite player prioritize his family above the big game.

“Treating Lukas dad like a king,” one person wrote.

Another person wrote, “Slovenia is proud.”

Another said, “Sisters gonna be lethal in the WNBA.”

Doncic made news last week when he arrived at a game against the Atlanta Hawks in his latest acquisition.

He arrived at the competition in a stunning $200,000 Apocalypse Hellfire – a massively customized Jeep Gladiator.

The insane vehicle is outfitted with a three-part Kevlar protective coating, a quarter-inch thick steel front bumper, and a 9,500-pound winch.

Under the hood is a 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces 500 horsepower.

Doncic pushed the Mavericks into first gear yet again against the Wizards, dominating on the stat sheet.

However, even another 40-plus performance was insufficient to prevent Dallas from suffering their sixth defeat in nine games.
