King James is the father of three children, and this time it was his daughter’s turn to shine. She demonstrated a precise serve to score points for her team, and LeBron, who was watching from the stands, was clearly happy to see his “munchkin” turn out well.

In the first two videos, LeBron showed off his eight-year-old daughter’s serving prowess during Sunday’s Zhuri Nova game. In the third, he captured her preparing to defend. But here’s where the fun started—a shout from the NBA legend, “Let’s go munchkin,” caused his daughter to return a look that might suggest he was making fun of her.

This message was displayed alongside the videos: “We’re working on another one! Oh noes!” Come on, Munchin! @allthingszhuri is going to be BIG! GLOBES! ZTheWarriorPrincess #JamesGang.”

Following LeBron’s proud support, the comments on Instagram were swift. Some parents self-identified in their messages by saying they follow suit, while others emphasized Zhuri’s striking appearance.

Zhuri’s elder brothers, Bronny (19) and Bryce (16), are also well-known for their love of sports, albeit they were more inclined toward basketball. Bronny is a 19-year-old who has committed to the University of Southern California (USC).

James provided an update on Bronny’s condition earlier this month, saying that he had undergone “successful surgery” after going into cardiac arrest during a basketball practice in July of last year.

Considering that Bronny is still healing from a heart issue that occurred in early 2023, it is not surprising that LeBron is feeling especially protective of him at this time.

Although the exact date of his return to USC basketball action is unknown, that is undoubtedly the intention. Many commentators seem to be of the opinion that Bronny lacks LeBron’s level of athleticism for his age.

Nonetheless, considering that he’s competing well despite having a smaller frame, some others think he’s actually beginning to show signs of being just as good.

LeBron James responded to this by quoting a tweet that addressed the same concept. The message said: “To say that Bronny is as athletic or even more athletic than Bron at his age is not far-fetched, as he does it when he is 6’2 and not 6’8,” a person said.

LeBron then launched an offensive to support his son’s game by quoting that post: The LA Lakers player remarked, “Definitely not up to his age.” “Casuals just like to argue about things they literally don’t know about.”
