LeBron and Savannah James were seen beaming at the graduation of their oldest son Bronny on Thursday. The 18-year-old’s girlfriend was strangely not there, even though she had been the target of racist internet abuse for days.
Racists went after Bronny on social media after pictures from his senior prom showed him with Peyton Gelfuso, 19, who is white and will play basketball for USC.
Bronny didn’t care about the mean things people said about him when he walked across the stage to get his diploma on Thursday in Chatsworth, California.
LeBron and Savannah were so happy they couldn’t hide it. When LeBron was seen, he was grinning ear to ear and holding his other son, Bryce, close. This was after the Lakers lost to the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday, ending their season. Savannah, LeBron’s high school sweetheart, was seen loving on Bronny while he was fixing his dress and sash.
The elder James wrote about the event on Instagram and told Bronny to “keep flying high.”

His smile was wide as he walked across the school football field and up on stage during the event.

The big event happened just a few days after his senior prom. Next year, he will play basketball in college.
In pictures posted on Instagram by his mom, Savannah James, the NBA star’s oldest son looked sharp in an all-black suit at the school’s prom in California.
The 6-foot-3 guard wore a dress made just for him by Chrome Hearts and shoes by Dior.
The jacket had Chrome Hearts’ unique hearts design on the front, back, and cuffs. The pants had a white heart design on the outside seam. Bronny chose to wear an expensive jacket without a shirt.
Bronny seemed to be there with Peyton Gelfuso, 19, who is believed to be his girlfriend. She looked stunning in a strapless black satin dress.
According to stories, Gelfuso went to Sierra Canyon High School and wore her long, blonde hair down her back in loose curls.
Bronny got dressed up for his senior prom over the weekend. He is going to play next season at USC.
His mom was so proud of Bronny that she post pictures of him posing outside the family home and even in front of a black Porsche on Instagram. She said she was “lost for words.”
The post was titled “Prom 2023” with two black heart emojis. Savannah is 38 years old and has a son named Bryce, 15, and a daughter named Zhuri, 8. She is married to LeBron, 38 years old.
