Steph and Ayesha Curry have been spending plenty of quality time with their kids while in quarantine, but recently took a break for a morning bike ride.

The 34-year-old wife of the 35-year-old NBA star is “sold” on getting up early to go on bike rides with her doting husband Steph. The stunning mother of three posted a photo of herself kissing the NBA player in full workout gear on Instagram on July 17. Tried a bike date first thing in the morning… Consider me convinced. She wrote, “I love being on this adventure with you @stephencurry30,” and added a heart emoji and a tongue-out emoji to the photo’s caption. Knowing the significance of safety, she wore a black helmet and pulled her dark hair to one side in a lovely braid. She accessorized with pink sneakers, black riding gloves, and an Apple Watch. She also carried a Camel Pack on her back to ensure she drank enough water. Her athlete hubby donned a long-sleeved blue top with black cycling shorts. Additionally, he had on gloves and a helmet. Ayesha appeared to be pouting at her husband for a smooch in the second photo, a selfie taken by Steph.

The celebrity chef also revealed that she has been working out regularly since January, describing her routine as “heavy HIIT, Hella cardio, floor work.” She spends her time away from the gym with her three children, Riley (10) Ryan (7) and Canon (5).
