Last offseason, Kevin Durant stayed in a stunning Hollywood Hills West rented home. He’s finally settling down in sunny California.

Durant reportedly spent $12.05 million on a 5,136-square-foot oceanfront property in Malibu last week, as reported by The Los Angeles Times.

The multi-level residence contains four bedrooms and six baths. It was completely redone in 2013. According to the property’s Redfin ad, it’s a “fully automated smart house” that features a lofted gym, theater, elevator, and integrated surround sound.
