Proud LeParents! LeBron and Savannah James Beam with Joy at Their Oldest Son Bronny’s Graduation

On Thursday in Chatsworth, California, Bronny did not allow the brutal attacks to deter him from crossing the stage to get his diploma.

Savannah and LeBron were both buzzing with excitement. LeBron was spotted grinning broadly following the Lakers’ season-ending loss to the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday while holding his two sons, Bryce and Bronny. While bronny worried over his formal wear, LeBron’s high school sweetheart Savannah was also there, showing her affection for him.

The elder James reflected on the day on Instagram and urged Bronny to keep aiming high.

Lebron James comes onto the court to congratulate his son Bronny James (0) point guard for Sierra Canyon after his team won against St. Vincent-St. Mary during The Chosen - 1's Invitational High School Basketball Showcase at the Staples Center on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021 in Los Angeles, CA.

At their son Bronny’s graduation ceremony, LeBron James and his spouse Savannah are in attendance.

‘Happy birthday, grandson!’ LeBron’s mother Gloria wrote a description for a picture of a happy Bronny pointing at the camera. You have consistently made me feel proud of myself. Even though I was proud of you before tonight, I was even more so after watching you get your graduation.

I wish that you have nothing but happiness and success in your next phase of your young adult life.

“Never stop reaching for the stars and extending your wings. Thank you so much for everything.

Bronny’s family, Team James, uploaded two videos of him during the function to their Instagram account.

He couldn’t help but smile as he crossed the football field and stepped onto the podium for the ceremony.

Bronny James’s time in high school comes to an end as he enrolls at USC.

James looks ecstatic as he exits the football field on his special graduation day.

He had dressed up for his senior prom a few days before, anticipating his forthcoming NCAA basketball season.

His mother, Savannah James, shared photos of her eldest son, the NBA legend, at his California prom on Instagram. The young man looked dapper in a black suit.

The 6-foot-3 defender wore a fitted black Chrome Hearts suit and Dior shoes to the event.

Chrome Hearts’ characteristic heart symbol was adorning the exterior seam of the trousers, the jacket’s front, back, and cuffs. Bronny took off his top, leaving only his pricey jacket on.

Peyto Gelfuso, a 19-year-old who was reportedly rumored to be Brooklyn’s girlfriend, wore a strapless black suit and looked amazing.

According to reports, Gelfuso is a former student of Sierra Canyon High School. Her long blonde hair was worn in loose curls down her back.

Over the weekend, Bronny dressed up for his senior prom at USC, where he will be starting his freshman year.

When Mom saw the Instagram pictures of her son Bronny posing outside the house and even in front of the family’s black Porsche, she was left “lost for words.”

With two black heart emojis, Savannah, who is parents to two additional children by LeBron, Bryce, 15, and Zhuri, 8, captioned the photo “Prom 2023.”

Gelfuso is a Dallas native and a member of the Tri Delta sorority at Southern Methodist University (SMU), according to her Instagram bio.

Last year, Bronny also went to prom with Gelfuso, but he faced harsh racial remarks after sharing pictures of the happy couple online.

Upon hearing that he was escorting a girl who was “light-skinned” to the prom, he was deluged with disparaging comments from online trolls.

“Not a light-skinned woman already,” one person remarked, while “Wellp, on the plus side, LeBron has more kids.” Who knows, perhaps they will get better.

Someone else said, “That girl is whiter than white, bruh.”

One tweet stated, “Shoulda got a black queen like his dad,” and included an emoji of an angry expression.

Another Twitter user remarked, “Lost another Black King to a money-hungry White girl.” “SMH, Bron needs to step it up.”

Others simply used GIFs and memes to vent their annoyance, calling her a “gold digger” in reference to Kanye West’s song of the same name.

The 6-foot-3 guard signed his National Letter of Intent to commit to USC last week.

Bronny, a prospective student from Sierra Canyon School in the class of 2023, has already made the verbal commitment to play basketball for USC the following season.

The younger James was highly regarded by 24/7sports.com, ranking as a five-star recruit, the fourth-best prospect in California, the fifth-best combo guard, and the 21st-best prospect in the nation.

Bronny attracted interest from Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Oregon. He also earned scholarship offers from Ohio State, USC, and Memphis.

After the Lakers were eliminated from the playoffs, LeBron created some noise this week by making hints about retiring. He has previously declared that he wants to play in the NBA with his son.
