Klay Thompson was an early NBA star to cash in on China’s insatiable appetite for the sport. He has been traveling to China every offseason since signing with Anta.

This time, he debuted the KT9, his next signature shoe in collaboration with Anta. After Thompson posted photos of the new sneaker to Instagram, they went viral.

Anta has not announced a release date or price for the sneaker. The KT8, his former sneaker, is presently on sale for $179.99. The new sneaker will probably retail for the same amount.

Thompson signed a 10-year contract with Anta. It was stated that the total value of the agreement, including bonuses and royalties, was above $80 million. Thompson originally signed with Anta in 2016 for $2 million annually.
