Jimmy Butler, a standout for the Miami Heat, has reportedly purchased new Miami digs, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The kingly sum of $7.45 million was paid by the All-Star forward.
We previously revealed that Butler has been actively seeking a new residence. A new owner allegedly paid $7.1 million in 2021 for his old Miami house. After winning $4.5 million in2019, the player was able to cash in on his bet with this sell.
I don’t think he needs money. The Heat and the six-time All-Star extended his deal last year by $184 million for four more years.
There appears to be a new crib for “Jimmy Buckets” in addition to a new contract. This is likely due to his desire for a more private place to sleep when he’s not playing basketball.
One of twelve in the guarded Stonegate enclave, this European-style home boasts “the best location in Miami,” according to the ad. It has a tennis court and a park that the people may use.
The light-filled, six-bedroom home with 6.5 bathrooms was constructed in 2000 and spans 6,148 square feet.
Oak hardwood floors, crown moldings, high ceilings, and high-end finishing are some of the details. A library, bar, formal rooms, fireplaces, and a gourmet kitchen are all part of the design. It has a three-car garage as well.
The master bedroom, office, and family room are all located on the upper floor, along with the master bathroom, which features a soaking tub.
On the outside, you’ll find a pool, built-in BBQ, screened lanai, Sonos speakers, and a playhouse for the kids, all on the almost one-acre property.
The basketball superstar, who is now 32 years old, made his professional debut in 2011 with the Chicago Bulls. Prior to his 2019 signing with the Heat, he spent time with the Philadelphia 76ers and Minnesota Timberwolves. Once Butler joined the squad in 2020, they advanced all the way to the NBA finals.
