But the Nuggets are playing with a chip on their back this NBA season. They have won 9 of their first 11 games and tied 2 of them.
This was to be expected: Jokic is at the heart of the Nuggets’ amazing play.

At the time of the tweet, Jokic was shooting 60.6% from the field and scoring 29.8 points, 13.7 rebounds, and 8.3 assists per game.
He was fifth in points, first in rebounds, fifth in assists, and seventh in field goal percentage. He was named NBA MVP twice.

That being said, Jokic could win his third MVP award if he keeps playing this well.
The veteran center will still try to win another title for the Nuggets even if he doesn’t win the regular-season MVP award.
It doesn’t seem like a crazy dream for the Nuggets, to be honest.
