AP reports that Detroit Michael Malone, the Nuggets coach, and Nikola Jokic were both thrown out of Monday night’s game at Detroit.

Jokic got his first technical foul in the first quarter for disputing a call. Malone was kicked off the court for disputing a call too late in the period. He was thrown out after fighting about another call with 1:22 left in the first half.
