The LeBron James Family Foundation revealed that “LeBron James’ Home Court,” the first official museum dedicated to LeBron James, will open. At 532 W. Market St., the House Three Thirty museum will open on November 25. It will have a multimedia show about James’ life, from his humble beginnings in Akron to his meteoric rise to NBA fame.
The original TV from James’ Spring Hill apartment, his McDonald’s All-American jersey, and his 2003 NBA Draft outfit are just a few of the one-of-a-kind items that will be on show. A copy of the LeBron James Arena at St. Vincent-St. Mary’s is one of the most interesting features. It has the same rim and backboard that James used when he played there.
My life’s goal was to make Akron famous: “The museum means a lot to me,” LeBron James says in a pre-opening speech that makes you cry.

Some of the things on display are fan art, LeBron James’s signature shoes from important games, family photos in his re-created office, and notes he wrote as a reminder of his trip. As guests start their self-guided tour, they will also see important parts of his business and charitable work. The tour will end with a story about how the LJFF grew from a bike race to a world-famous organization that builds communities.
You can now make reservations ahead of time for LeBron James’s Home Court show at this link: www.eventbrite.com/e/lebron-james-home-court-tickets-754838922537?aff=oddtdtcreator. The work training program at House Three Thirty gives I PROMISE kids, teachers, parents, and family members new skills and job opportunities. All the ticket money will go to that program.
