On Saturday, the Los Angeles Clippers won the Golden State Warriors 113-112, thanks in large part to a 3-pointer by Paul George with nine seconds left in the game. It was the Clippers’ first lead of the game.
In leading the Clippers to a 120-114 victory over Golden State in San Francisco two days prior, George had a double-double (25 points, 6 boards, and 6 assists). James Harden and Kawhi Leonard both scored twenty-one points.
At the buzzer, Draymond Green missed a game-winning 3-pointer during a timeout. With four apiece from Green, Stephen Curry, and Klay Thompson, the Warriors accumulated 17 3-pointers.
In his 900th game in the NBA, Curry paced the Warriors with 22 points and 11 assists. Both Moses Moody and Green finished with 21 points apiece, with Moody making 9 of 10 free throws. Green also grabbed nine rebounds.
