The Milwaukee Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Make-A-Wish Wisconsin are committed to make Saturday a very memorable day for Easton King, a 12-year-old from Boscobel.
King had always wanted to meet superstar Antetokounmpo. King is a Bucks fan who suffers from a degenerative muscular ailment. He’ll receive more than that.
With Antetokounmpo’s help, Easton visited the Bucks’ Saturday morning shootaround at the Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Science Center. He then got to watch Giannis do a windmill slam just for him and spoke with the media.
At Fiserv Forum tonight, King will see the top-seeded Bucks take on the Minnesota Timberwolves. Before the game, he will also see the warm-ups and have a tour of the facility. King will be given his own Bucks jersey and signed to a contract making him an honorary member of the team for the day by Bucks general manager Jon Horst and head coach Mike Budenholzer.
