Kevin Durant, a forward with the Warriors, supports LeBron James’ decision to join the Lakers.

James’ choice to move to the West was a “perfect move,” and Durant expressed his “absolutely love” for the choice to Marc Spears of The Undefeated.

It was fantastic! I loved it! stated Durant. I felt that was an excellent choice; he managed to finish everything in Cleveland. Not only is this the right thing for him to do, but he’s also breaking the mould of an NBA all-star. It appears that there is only space for one location for everything. Durant also discussed the Warriors’ surprise acquisition of DeMarcus Cousins, the most high-profile free agent signing of the summer.

Regarding DeMarcus’s choice to join the Thunder, Durant remarked, “I knew how important this time was for DeMarcus to find a team and find somebody that is going to help him get through this injury first and then play his best basketball.” Durant was “so excited” by this realisation.

Durant claims that he informed Spears that he had received calls while at the movies, but Spears decided to ignore them. But by the time he returned home, the agreement was finalised. In addition to calling Bob Myers, the general manager of the Warriors, he also used FaceTime to communicate with Cousins.

Durant claims he is unaffected by the criticism he has received for the shift.
