This story talks about Magic Johnson’s $11.5 million home in Los Angeles, California’s Moraga Estates.

Johnson paid $600,000 for the house that was built in 1981, one year after winning his first NBA title with the Los Angeles Lakers. Johnson lived in the luxurious 10,666-square-foot home until 1990. After that, the five-time NBA winner chose to sell the estate for $2 million so that he could buy a new home. Nancy Ellin, a real estate agent who bought the house for $4.4 million in 2004, is the current owner of the mansion. Ellin set the price of the house at an outrageous $14.5 million at first. After that, she lowered the price to $11.5 million because no one was interested.
