Damian Lillard scored 26 points in his comeback after missing two games due to injury, while Doc Rivers won his 1,099th regular-season game to move into seventh place on the NBA’s chart.
With nine 3-pointers made, Malik Beasley finished with 21 points to lead Milwaukee, which is now 2-5 under Rivers, Adrian Griffin’s replacement. In terms of victories throughout the regular season, Rivers surpassed Larry Brown.
In just 24 minutes, Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 15 points and pulled down 15 rebounds; Bobby Portis chipped in with eighteen points and seven rebounds.
