In his first season with the Nuggets, well-traveled guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (aka KCP) is on the hunt for his second championship ring—and perhaps a place to stay in Denver.
A winner in 2020 with the Los Angeles Lakers, he had a modern home near the beach in Playa Vista, CA, that he listed in July 2021 for $5.9M. But maybe because the price is a bit high, no one buys it. It was sold a month later for $4.6 million—right around the same time the Lakers sent him to the Washington Wizards.
Situated on an acre lot, the six-bedroom, eight-bath, Hamptons-inspired estate is on the market for $5.9 million.
The shooting guard purchased the property just a couple of years ago for $4.9 million, when he was starring for the Washington Wizards.

Prior to the 2022–23 season, Caldwell–Pope, 31, was traded to the Denver Nuggets, where he quickly established himself as an important part of the team that won an NBA title. It was his second ring, having won the title in 2020 as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers.
