This season, Davis is producing both on and off the court. The big man for the Lakers, who in December inked a $190 million contract extension with the organization, sold his Westlake Village estate for $6.6 million.
The seven-time all-star might need nothing in the mediterranean region. There’s also a full-size outdoor basketball court with skylights, a viewing box, and a scoreboard. There are slides on a platform outside the court that descend to a resort-style swimming pool. The 2.33-acre estate in the North Rach Country Club neighborhood offers seclusion behind gates. Security is increased via outdoor cameras.
There are five bedrooms and eight bathrooms spread across approximately 16,000 square feet in the main house and guesthouse. Lots of headroom is provided by the high ceilings, particularly in the spacious rotunda-style entrance with its wide windows and dramatic staircase.
A large billiards area with a bar and fireplace is added. It boasts several observation platforms with views of the surrounding landscape and golf course.
The beautiful backyard is finished with patios, turf lawns, and solar power. A parking lot gets closer to the porte-cochere opening.
In a multi-player deal in 2019, Davis, 27, was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans. As a four-time All-Star, he guided the Lakers to their first NBA championship in October.
