With the best collegiate basketball program in history, the Kentucky Wildcats have produced a plethora of amazing names to wear the blue and white uniform.

Anthony Davis, the 2012 Player of the Year, first overall choice in the NBA Draft, and the driving force behind Kentucky’s 2012 National Championship win, is among the best Wildcats to have represented Big Blue Nation.

As a lifelong Kentucky supporter, one of my favorite pictures is of Davis kissing the championship trophy right after the confetti dropped from the ceiling.

Given that his most recent tattoo has him kissing the National Championship trophy, Davis obviously like that picture as well.

“Started with a Dream” is the text on his tattoo.

Davis was unique while he lived in Lexington and had a fantastic story.

While it is true that certain former Cali players have made some amusing comments, Anthony Davis is unquestionably a Kentucky Wildcat at heart, as seen by his tattoo.
