Inside the $15M Calabasas Mansion of Lakers star Spencer Dinwiddie with an infinity pool

Despite his Dallas Mavericks’ elimination from the NBA playoffs this season after a painful Game 5 Western Conference Finals loss to the Golden State Warriors, Spencer Dinwiddie is still a standout player off the court. Apart from the latest funding round for his cryptocurrency venture Calaxy, situated in Los Angeles, the 6’5′′ guard inked a $34 million contract that will last three years.

In a gated community sandwiched between Malibu and Calabasas, Dirt claims to have also purchased a brand-new, modern Craftsman-style mansion. It is located in an elite guarded enclave with only 26 properties.

The house was first offered in December for about $7.7 million; it was later lowered to $7.2 million before the 29-year-old Los Angeles native bought it for a discounted $6.9 million.

Tucked hidden on a 1.4-acre promontory property, down a long gated driveway, sits Dinwiddie’s freshly bought estate. Built in 2021 by “one of the most experienced and meticulous builders in Southern California,” the dark beige and white-trimmed building has an attached four-car garage at the back and a motorcourt in front.

The 6,400 square feet of living area, tastefully furnished with Italian light fixtures, red oak hardwood flooring, and high ceilings, accommodates five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Numerous porches and terraces provide seamless transitions from the outside to the inside, along with spectacular views of the nearby Santa Monica Mountains.

Entranced through a stone-columned portico adorned with gas lanterns, a wooden front entrance grants access to an entryway that showcases a winding wrought-iron staircase. The living room, which is elevated on wood beams, showcases a stone fireplace that spans from the floor to the ceiling and a wet bar that includes wine storage.

Additionally, there is a formal dining room and a comfortable fireside family room that is linked to a sophisticated gourmet kitchen through a casual dining area. The gourmet kitchen is tastefully appointed with a large eat-in island, a butcher-block island, and premium Gaggeneau appliances. Pocketing glass doors lead to a fireplace-adorned terrace for al fresco dining and entertaining.

A media room and office are also located on the main level. Located upstairs is a master retreat measuring around 1,000 square feet. It features a walk-in closet, sitting area, fireplace, and balcony. Additionally, it features a luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, a two-person shower, a soaking tub, and a separate cosmetics area. A den and four additional ensuite bedrooms are also located on this floor.
