According to Creative Loafing Tampa, the new owner of a contemporary home in Jupiter, Florida is a business connected to the basketball player. A $17 million agreement was involved.
His Airness got a wonderful deal because the house was listed in November for $18.5 million.
Now, Jordan has two properties in the Bears Club golf community. Scattered across about 400 acres are about sixty-one protected dwellings. A mile or so away is the beach, and there is a golf course created by Jack Nicklaus.
The 9,100-square-foot property boasts five bedrooms, a studio, a club room, and a four-car garage, all of which add up to “luxury living.” A sizable “great room” that combines the dining area, family room, and kitchen is also present. In addition, there is a main area with an exterior door, a wet bar, and a home gym.
With an almost acre-long outdoor kitchen, a covered dining area, a Jacuzzi, and a swimming pool, the surroundings are equally lovely.
Jordan’s other residence, a much larger farm spanning 28,000 square feet in the upscale area, is rumored to feature a guardhouse, basketball court, and gym.
