One benefit of the Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo getting eliminated early in the playoffs is that it will give him an extended summer vacation.
Do not misunderstand. Even while Giannis isn’t moaning about being able to spend more time with his family now that he isn’t bound by NBA rules, I’m positive that he would much prefer be playing in the postseason right now.
The former MVP is presently cheering for his younger brother Kostas Antetokounmpo, who plays for Panathinaikos of Greece, while he is in Berlin, Germany. Giannis was a proud big brother on Sunday as he witnessed Kostas hoist the EuroLeague trophy following his team’s 95-80 triumph over Real Madrid in the title game.
Social media users are currently sharing a short video of Giannis and Kostas cuddling on the sidelines just after Panathinaikos won the championship. The Bucks legend can be seen in picture dabbing away his emotions following the touching exchange with his younger brother.
Giannis was clearly not going to miss his brother’s championship game in Europe, especially since the Bucks are no longer a contender for an NBA title. At least one of the Antetokounmpo brothers will have won the championship this season.
