LeBron James is willing to accept a slight loss in order to sell his massive, colonial-style Los Angeles mansion.
The 36-year-old NBA legend put his Brentwood home up for auction on Monday for an incredible $20.5 million. He paid $20,986,500 for the property in 2015.
There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the roomy 9,440 square foot home.
Situated in the posh Rockingham Rim neighbourhood, the gated residence was constructed in 2011 and is situated on the same street where O.J. Simpson lived when he killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson.
The property has been modernised and is furnished with contemporary amenities.
