In December 2022, the 18-year-old reached an agreement with Real Madrid, and in July, he officially joined the team.

After coming on for five minutes as a substitute against Real Valladolid in August, he scored his first goal in La Liga.

He made a lasting impression on his Champions League debut on Tuesday night against Stuttgart.

In the fifth minute of second-half injury time, Endrick added a fantastic third goal for Real Madrid, putting the team ahead 2-1 after goals from Kylian Mbappe (who also scored his first goal for Los Blancos in Europe) and Antonio Rudiger.

He took advantage of the ball in his own half and launched an attack on Stuttgart’s defence.

After that, he kept sprinting even with Mbappe to his left and Vinicius Junior to his right, opting to go it alone and attempt a 25-yard shot.

Furthermore, Endrick’s effort was too powerful for Stuttgart custodian Alexander Nubel to stop, and it ended up in the goal, making the score 3-1 in Real Madrid’s advantage that night.

With the goal, Endrick—who is 18 years, 1 month, and 27 days old—became Real Madrid’s youngest-ever goal scorer in the Champions League.

The previous record was held by Raul, who opened his European account aged eighteen years, three months, and twenty-one days.

The Brazilian scored in an international friendly against England in March, and his teammates have already expressed their gratitude to him.

Real custodian Thibaut Courtois made a comparison between Endrick and his former Chelsea colleague and Real striker Eden Hazard, seeing certain similarities between their on-field antics.

He clarified, “He is not very tall, but he has very strong legs.”

He possessed strong legs as well, which reminded me of Eden from our initial encounter at Chelsea.

“You can hit him, but he won’t give up. He also appears to be extremely strong in the photo. He fired hard throughout training, as I have witnessed.
