The “Greek Freak” showed his love of Milwaukee by donating one million dollars to ten non-profit organizations through the Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation and the GE HealthCare program
It’s no that NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo has grown to love the people in Milwaukee. He regularly shows his support for regular people by giving back in an important and useful way.
Once more, this love was clear when the “Greek Freak” showed his love for Milwaukee by giving a million dollars to ten nonprofits through the GE HealthCare program and the Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation.
As coach of the Milwaukee Bucks, he brought the team its first NBA title after 1969 and has since won two MVP awards and been named to eight All-Star teams. He wanted to help people with basic needs like food, shelter, and education.
Not long ago, Antetokounmpo said that if the Bucks didn’t win the title this year with Damian Lillard on the team, he wouldn’t mind playing for another team.
“They might trade me if we don’t win the championship,” I said. That’s what we do. That’s the world we live in. Everyone is like that. Anyone could fail at any time, and it could be the end for us… Giannis said, “If you don’t do a good enough job, you’re out.”
Giannis Antetokounmpo has been with the Bucks for 11 years. After winning the NBA title, he extended his deal with the team, which many fans saw as a sign of his dedication to the team.
