Speaking to CaughtOffside, Fabrizio Romano gave an update on the Argentine star’s situation.
Talking about Paulo Dybala’s future, Fabrizio Romano said:
“I know there have been some reports about Paulo Dybala personally ‘calling’ Barcelona, but I don’t really have any concrete updates on his future at the moment. It seems like Dybala is enjoying his football at Roma, he has a great relationship with the team, the fans and the coach Daniele De Rossi.”
“It’s pretty quiet at the moment, but as I reported earlier, Dybala will have a release clause in his contract this summer. The €12m clause was active in January, but no one decided to activate it. Let’s see if the situation changes in the summer because Dybala could be a great option for many clubs.”
“It is important to note that Italian clubs can also trigger the release clause of Dybala’s contract, but in this case, Roma will have the final say on the transfer.”
